Russia & Ukraine: Concerns over Black Sea grain exports diminish
Concern over Black Sea exports has diminished as the Ukraine ‘grain corridor’ allows for an export flow, and Russia’s wheat crop tops 104 mln tonnes, increasing their world market share as a result, RMI Analytics said in their late January report.
Adding support to prices is the shrinking global corn supply as drought lowers Argentina’s production forecast.
